A Crafty Lass brings us the recipe for the kettle chip sugar cookie, an intriguing hybrid dessert. While it’s not entirely clear that the world is ready for this particular treat, it’s always fun to watch the salty/sweet Berlin Wall come tumbling down.

I was just snooping through some “church basement” cookbooks from the 50′s @ my gran’s house over Easter. “Potato Chip Cookie” appeared time and again. Perhaps a revival is on its way?
It reminds me of getting chocolate covered potato chips from a certain bakery in Fargo. I don’t remember the name….
