I was just snooping through some “church basement” cookbooks from the 50’s @ my gran’s house over Easter. “Potato Chip Cookie” appeared time and again. Perhaps a revival is on its way?
It reminds me of getting chocolate covered potato chips from a certain bakery in Fargo. I don’t remember the name….
