Cupcake (3338 University Ave. SE. in Minneapolis) made this elegant lemon meringue treat earlier this week. Although the frosting had a consistency closer to marshmallow than a classic meringue, the overall package was flat-out tasty, boasting moist cake and a lemon curd filling.
