A master plan [PDF here] has been unveiled for the intersection of Lake St. and Hiawatha in the Corcoran neighborhood of Minneapolis, home to a light rail stop. Mixed-used housing is key, but it also promises a long-term home for the Midtown Farmers Market. No clear word on potential restaurant space, but the “retail” segment of the plan might allow for it.
